Conducted user research to define key user needs for training, designed wireframes and prototypes, developed interactive learning modules and gamification elements, provided clear course navigation and instructional text.

MagniAcademy was designed to be a comprehensive, cross-platform training tool for MagniTracking’s clients and internal teams with new recruits. It featured a responsive, scalable design that accommodated both basic training for clients and more advanced corporate onboarding needs. The platform integrates video tutorials, interactive quizzes, and progress tracking, ensuring an engaging and efficient learning experience, allowing users to follow customized learning paths based on their roles—whether they are a customer learning how to use the different systems of their products or a recruit undergoing an onboarding program.
This project helped MagniTracking not only improve customer satisfaction but also enable scalability for corporate training, adding significant value to their services.
